It is the responsibility of the Team Manager to make sure that all persons travelling with the team, whether playing or not, are adequately insured for any injury or sickness that may occur during their stay in Cataluña.
The Organising Committee will not be held liable for any costs incurred from any injury or sickness to any participants of the Festival.
Team Managers must sign a document stating that all members of their party are adequately insured for these purposes.
In each sport we will accept only the participation of affiliated club / players / college-university teams of the national federations.
We will require a copy of your travel insurance policy number and federation licence number to insure that you can participate in the festival.
If you cannot provide this information, your team will not be allowed to participate in the Festival.
There will be medical staff onsite during the Festival and the local hospital is only 5 mins drive from the beach.
